Declaration on the duty to inform
(Privacy policy)
The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this data protection information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.
Contact with us
If you contact us using the form on the website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
Secure connection
When you visit our website, an encrypted connection (https) is established to your end device.
Cookies
Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage.
We use cookies to make our website more user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. They enable us to recognise your browser on your next visit.
You can select whether and which cookies are stored or not in our cookie notification software. By default, no cookies are stored unless you allow this by clicking the "I agree" button. You can then use the full functionality of our website.
If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of our website may be restricted.
However, this deactivation can also be cancelled.
You can also adjust or delete the cookies in your browser settings.
Web analysis
Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The operator is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA. Cookies are used for this purpose, which enable your use of the website to be analysed. The information generated in this way is transferred to the provider's server and stored there.
You can restrict this by configuring your browser so that no cookies are stored.
We have concluded a corresponding user agreement with the provider.
Your IP address is recorded, but immediately pseudonymised [e.g. by deleting the last 8 bits]. This means that only a rough localisation is possible.
The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on standard contractual clauses / an adequacy decision of the European Commission (e.g. in the case of the USA: "Privacy Shield").
Data processing is carried out on the basis of the statutory provisions of Section 96 (3) TKG and Article 6 (1) (a) (consent) and / or (f) (legitimate interest) of the GDPR. Our concern within the meaning of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website. As the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymised.
Further information on the analysis service can be found at https://www.google.com/intl/de_de/analytics/ and https://www.google.com/analytics/learn/privacy.html?hl=de
Your rights
In principle, you have the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, cancellation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.
If you exercise your right to information, Dr Orasche will respond to your request within one month. Please send this in writing by post or e-mail to the address below. Please also note that we do not answer anonymous enquiries or enquiries by telephone.
